At Mama Bird, we're committed to your satisfaction and believe you'll find something to love! We encourage you to experience any of our products risk-free for up to 30 days. 

If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, please contact us. We're happy to exchange the product and provide you with store credit for a future purchase, ensuring you find the perfect fit for your needs. 

This satisfaction guarantee is valid for purchases made directly through lovemamabird.com. If you have purchased our products through external retailers such as Amazon, Sprouts, Whole Foods, Target, etc., you will need to refer to the retailer's Return and Refund policy.

At this time, we’re not able to offer full returns on orders. Because we follow very strict FDA quality and safety protocols, we can’t accept any products once they’ve left our warehouse—your safety is our top priority! However, if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we do offer store credit when you return the product within 30 days. Just let us know, and we’ll be here to help take care of you!

While we cannot offer store credit for products returned after 30 days, we truly value your feedback and invite you to share your thoughts. Your feedback helps us expand our selection and continuously serve our community better. 

Multipack Policy:

Our Multipacks are designed to provide built‑in savings for customers who already love our products. Because we prioritize product safety, we do not accept physical returns of opened or unopened bottles.

If you’re not completely satisfied, we may offer store credit or an exchange as a one‑time courtesy for a single bottle from your multipack purchase.

Store credit or exchange value is based on the per‑unit price paid within your bundle, reflecting your multipack savings.

Multipacks are sold as value bundles and are not eligible for full or partial credit or exchange once more than one bottle has been opened.

First‑time customers: While multipacks offer the best value, we recommend starting with a single bottle before committing to a larger quantity to ensure the product is a great fit for you.
