This satisfaction guarantee is valid for purchases made directly through lovemamabird.com. If you have purchased our products through external retailers such as Amazon, Sprouts, Whole Foods, Target, etc., you will need to refer to the retailer's Return and Refund policy.

At this time, we’re not able to offer full returns on orders. Because we follow very strict FDA quality and safety protocols, we can’t accept any products once they’ve left our warehouse—your safety is our top priority! However, if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we do offer store credit when you return the product within 30 days. Just let us know, and we’ll be here to help take care of you!
