Once your order is placed and processed, we're unable to edit the items in your order or fully cancel your order as we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We are unable to modify an address or payment method after an order has been submitted.
This includes subscription orders. Active subscription customers receive reminders 3-days before an upcoming order processes. That is your opportunity to cancel or edit your order. Once it processes, we cannot cancel it.
Once you have received your order, you may exchange or get store credit for any eligible items.
