My kids and I all carry the MTHFR gene mutation. I love that you don’t have folic acid but folate instead, which our bodies can process.  It makes me feel good knowing they are getting essential nutrients and vitamins especially on days when their diet isn’t so balanced. They love the taste too!

I am thankful we tried this multivitamin, we have struggled to find something to actually help and not have to fight with our child over taste, texture, and smell. Something not loaded with sugar and fortified nonsense. And this my friend is the right stuff. Love it, kid loves it, and yes we noticeable changes.

This vitamin was such a cute shape and super tasty! It had a nice taste and even after taste. My daughter loved taking these vitamins. She always reminds me now "Mommy I need to take my hearts." The vitamin is easy to chew and super easy to swallow. Overall a great way to get a good majority of your vitamins and B12 to help us get some more energy for our days. I definitely recommend this product.
